Most of the time, we can’t get out of our own way. When you’re trying to get promoted, you’re too close to it, and you’re only thinking of it from your own perspective.

2. How long will it take me to get promoted?

That’s something that depends entirely on what skills you already have and the value you’ve delivered to the company, but on average, most people tend to get a promotion within about six months of following this program.

3. There are no open roles at my company and I don’t expect there will be any time soon, will this still benefit me?
